- The “Year Wise Database of SSC (Class X) Passed Candidates” page appears.
- Enter the hall ticket number, date of birth (in DD-MM-YY format), exam year, stream, exam details feed and enter the code displayed. Then click on the “Submit” button.

Application Procedure for Duplicate TS SSC Mark Memos
Candidates who wish to apply for a duplicate SSC must follow the steps outlined below. Previously, there were few documents to send with the application, and these are as follows:
- The candidate will have to file a complaint with the police station against the traceability of the SSC marks. Then the certificate provided by the MP Tahsildar Police Sub-Inspector should be attached with the application. This constitutes documentary evidence for the issuance of a duplicate SSC.
- An affidavit in the specified form, comprising 50/- stamp paper, which is attested by the Junior Civil Judge or Notary Public, shall be attached to the application.
- A declaration document made by the candidate regarding the cancellation or suspension of the certificate if applicable.
- A treasury challan of 250/- which is submitted by the departments of
- secondary education
- general education
- Director of Government Examinations

- User fees.
Note: The attached challan will be accepted only when obtained from SBI.
- Correct extract from the original certificate, which will be issued by the school director
- Correct extract from the admission register
- An identity photo of the candidate must be attached by the corresponding head of establishment.

- On this page, click on “Duplicate SSC Form”. Clicking on it opens an application required for issuance of duplicate SSC.

Procedure to obtain authenticity of SSC certificate

Organizations, agencies, individuals, government departments or delegations who wish to achieve the authenticity of the SSC certificate can follow the procedure below:
- The applicant must submit a proposal which includes the SSC certificate issued by the SSC Board of Directors.
- The recommended fee for this verification purpose is Rs.100/- which is to be submitted only through a payment request and must be submitted to the “Telangana Examination Secretary to the Government Examination Commissioner. The payment request is accepted only when it is from the State Bank of India branch.
- Proposals requiring authenticity of SSC certificate should also be submitted to the Additional Joint Secretary, Office of the Director of Government Examinations, AP, Hyderabad.
- If necessary, the individual (candidate) must also request the authenticity of the SSC provided to them by following the process indicated above.
